Patrick Bond – Co-Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Bond has served as our Co-Chief Executive Officer since we were formed in January 2017. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Operating Officer of LTR, since May 2012, and as its President and Chief Operating Officer, since June 2014. Prior to that, Mr. Bond worked at Schlumberger, serving as Vice President, Southwest Region from March 2011 to May 2012 and as Vice President, Business Development from August 2010 to March 2011. From 1999 through 2009, Mr. Bond served as a Group Vice President, Global Business Development, Marketing and Sales at Smith International. From 1985 to 1999, Mr. Bond served as a Global Account Manager at the Halliburton Company. Mr. Bond currently serves as an advisory board member on the board of Downhole Chemical Solutions and serves, or has served, on the boards of various industry organizations including the Petroleum Equipment Suppliers Association, the Permian Basin Petroleum Museum, CF Energy Giving Back-Houston and Spindletop International-Houston. Mr. Bond received a B.S. in Petroleum Engineering from the University of Texas.
Troy Botts – Co-Chief Executive Officer. Mr. Botts has served as our Co-Chief Executive Officer since we were formed in January 2017. Previously, Mr. Botts formed Globe in 2004 and has since served as its Chairman, President and Chief Executive Officer. Prior to founding Globe, Mr. Botts held various senior management roles at Complete Services, Inc., including Executive Vice President, from 1998 until the business was sold in 2003. Mr. Botts is a multi-generational energy entrepreneur with over 20 years of oilfield services experience.
Keith Muncy—Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Muncy has served as our Chief Financial Officer since we were formed in January 2017. Prior to that, he served as the Chief Financial Officer of LTR since January 2008. Before joining LTR, Mr. Muncy served as the Chief Financial Officer of VOXCOM Security Systems from 2003 to 2007 and as the company’s Vice President, Finance from 2000 to 2003. From 2000 to 2006, Mr. Muncy served as a Director and Treasurer for the Better Business Bureau of Central and Northern Alberta. From 1990 to 2000, Mr. Muncy worked at PricewaterhouseCoopers serving various roles, including Senior Manager. Mr. Muncy is a Chartered Accountant and a Certified Public Accountant and received his Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Alberta.
Philip Wright—Executive Vice President and Secretary. Mr. Wright has served as our Executive Vice President since we were formed in January 2017. Prior to that, Mr. Wright served as the Chief Financial Officer of Globe Energy Services since 2011. Before joining Globe, Mr. Wright worked as an energy investment banker for Citigroup from 2010 to 2011. From 2006 to 2010, Mr. Wright worked as an attorney for Bracewell, where his practice primarily involved energy finance and mergers and acquisitions. Prior to Bracewell, Mr. Wright spent two years as an accountant at PricewaterhouseCoopers from 2001 to 2003. Mr. Wright received a B.S. in Business Administration from Washington and Lee University and both his M.P.A. and J.D. from the University of Texas.
