ted hoganTed Hogan is one of the original co-founders and currently leads the company as CEO.  Ted is responsible for the assembly and oversight of the executive team.  Mr. Hogan is also a director of Mojopa, LTD.  Mr. Hogan started in the oil and gas industry in 1978 as a salesperson for an oilfield service company.  After three years in sales, he decided to go into business for himself.  Mr. Hogan successfully started a fluid trucking company, which he sold in 1990.  Shortly thereafter, he partnered with John Avary to purchase a floundering drill bit company.  Together, they successfully improved the company’s operations and sold it to a drill bit supplier.


John AvaryJohn Avary serves as the company’s Executive Vice President.  He co-founded the company with Mr. Hogan and works closely with the executive team on product strategies and leading the company’s equipment procurement processes.  Prior to joining the company, John Avary worked for Boots and Coots International, specializing in controlling and extinguishing rig blowouts.  Before joining Boots and Coots, Mr. Avary worked for Frac Tank Rentals, Ltd. in the Permian Basin, serving in sales, operations and various management roles.  During his time with Frac Tank Rentals, he successfully opened three new branch offices.


pat bondPat Bond Serves as President and COO of LTR.  Pat joined the company in May 2012 and is responsible for leading the company’s sales, operations and the integration of acquisitions.  Prior to joining LTR, Mr. Bond was the Vice President, Southwest Region for Schlumberger.  As Vice President, he was responsible for the integration of Smith International into the Schlumberger organization and all product lines within Schlumberger in Southeast New Mexico, West Texas and South Texas.  Prior to Schlumberger, Mr. Bond held senior positions within Smith International, Weatherford International and Halliburton, focusing on product line and sales strategy development and implementation.  Mr. Bond is also a board member of various industry organizations including Petroleum Equipment Suppliers Association (Member of Executive Committee and Chairman of Energy Educators Committee), Permian Basin Petroleum Museum, CF Energy Giving Back-Houston, and Spindletop International-Houston.


keith MuncyKeith Muncy serves as LTR’s Chief Financial Officer.  Keith joined LTR in January 2008 and is responsible for all financial reporting.  Mr. Muncy was Chief Financial Officer of VOXCOM, Canada’s third largest security alarm monitoring company.  At VOXCOM, Mr. Muncy was Vice President of Finance from 2000-2003 and assumed the role of Chief Financial Officer from 2003-2007.  Mr. Muncy managed a team of 20 employees assigned to all aspects of financial reporting, public filings, treasury management and budgeting.



Mark BeckstromMark Beckstrom serves as the company’s Vice President of Human Resources.  Mr. Beckstrom joined LTR in 2013 and works closely with corporate and field level management on all key employment related matters, including the hiring and training of our employees.  Prior to joining LTR, Mr. Beckstrom was Vice President of Human Resources and Organizational Performance at Legend Natural Gas, where he implemented a human resources infrastructure as the company executed its strategic growth plan which included increasing the number of employees from 35 to 115.


ninaNina Valles is Vice President of Finance for LTR.  She is a long-time resident of the Permian Basin.  Prior to joining LTR, Nina was the CFO at Rush-Overland Manufacturing.  She spent 16 years at Compressor Systems, Inc., where she was the VP of Finance, and 6 years at EVI Oil Tools, where she was the VP of Finance.  In her responsibilities at LTR, she manages the Finance and Accounting team, as well as the Fleet Management team.  She is focusing on improving cash flow by shortening the cycles for Accounts Receivables, and specifically improving the EDI process.



sledge1Mike Sledge is the Vice President of Sales at LTR. Throughout Mike’s 32 year career in the oil and gas industry, he has held various positions in sales, operations, risk management and personnel management. Mike is a board member of West Texas Make a Wish Foundation. Mike graduated from Baylor University with a BBA.
